"needs"... This is either a trick question or trash. You "need" a truck port. The "sink port being employed on the trunk port group is best practice, but not necessarily required.

Agree with C - Sink port. I saw this in my VMware Lab for the NSX-V training. Task 2: Create a port group on the distributed switch for the sink port. You create a port group on the distributed switch for the sink interface used by the L2VPN feature.
