I think it should be C! In fabric port (F port) mode, an interface functions as a fabric port. This port can be connected to a peripheral device (host or disk) operating as an N port. An F port can be attached to only one N port. With B an E Port is to connect to another E Port.

Either B or C. From different Cisco docs: vFC interfaces always operate in trunk mode; vFC interfaces do not operate in any other mode. You can configure allowed VSANs on a vFC by using the switchport trunk allowed vsan command under the vfc interface (which is similar toFC TFand TE ports) VSAN trunking is supported on native Fibre Channel interfaces, but not on virtual Fibre Channel interfaces
