It's correct (D) but the answer is incomplete. The full command is "filter tenant t1 application app1 epg epg1" and it needs to be added under "source interface eth 1/1 switch 101"

Question makes no sense. ERSPAN can be configured as Access, Fabric or Tenant. Fabric ERSPAN configuration does not require appplication app1 epg egp1.
