i'll go with C (virtual link). If the switches are connected back to back i would use p2p, but it does not guaranty unicast updates, the only option (in the exercise) it does is virtual links.

The correct one is D - a point to point network in ospf: A network that exists only between two routers. All neighbors on a point-to-point network establish adjacency, and there is no DR required.
