A is correct Nondisruptive upgrades on these fabric switches disrupts the control plane for not more than 80 seconds. The software upgrade might be disruptive if the upgrade progresses beyond when it can be stopped gracefully or if a failure occurs. Note During the upgrade the control plane is down, but the data plane remains up. In other words, the data plane forwards the packets while the control plane is being upgraded, any servers that are connected to the Cisco Nexus 9000 and 3100 Series switches do not see any traffic disruption. The control plane downtime during the ISSU process is approximately less than 120 seconds."

i will go with C, single supervisor MDS 9000 will reload...i dont think cisco will commit on any time though.
