I agree with PacketLife - public cloud and private cloud are not service models. And since IaaS is more involved, only SaaS and PaaS make sense

because we are using public cloud.. and we will be using PaaS so we only manage the app.. not the infra or the OS! (but not consumig an app, like SaaS)

PaaS (E) - agreed. It should be one of the answers and no doubts there. But, Public Cloud (A) may not be a choice as PaaS is one of the service models of Cloud Computing. (Refer to Figure 5-2, page number 271 of the CCNP and CCIE Data Center Official Cert Guide). IaaS may not fit the bill either, because that means we own certain responsibility to manage the OS and DB services. So SaaS could be the other choice here? C & E seems to be more logical here.

Nevermind, I think B and E makes more sense. PaaS is a part of Public Cloud. So we we are choosing Public Cloud and PaaS.
