Ask is for "before the upgrade" That rules out E. Checking available bootflash space is listed in prereqs, 20% mentioned, guessing Q was written for older code so going with 15%

D => incorrect E => it is important but after upgrade B & C either could be correct, checking for available space is important, 15% is the more appropriate threshold compared to 10%

Will go for A, B. Question states: do stuff before. E is after upgrade procedure. Smartl call home should be disabled. This leaves us with two options: B,C. B is logically more suited, because of 90% raises faults in UCSM

As per the document below, "when the bootflash partition exceeds 70 percent, faults are raised".
