C is the correct answer folks.
A gait analysis is a method for identifying biomechanical abnormalities in the gait cycle, or in other words, it’s a tool used to assess the way in which you walk and run. It can be beneficial in that it can identify any overactive or underactive muscles in the feet, which could lead to potential injuries and inefficiencies in the future. Walking or running is some you do.

B. Something you are
1. As jessica7_ said: "Much like fingerprinting or facial or iris recognition, gait analysis is a biometric technology... that serve as the “something you are” identity factor.

2. In response to those saying you can change the way that you walk, "Gait analysis can't be fooled by simply limping, walking with splayed feet or hunching over"
As usual, China is leading the way in using this tech against its citizens in lieu of, or in addition to, facial recognition.
ait analysis is the systematic study of animal locomotion, more specifically the study of human motion, using the eye and the brain of observers, augmented by instrumentation for measuring body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles.

It's definitely "B. Something you are" if you are a person believe in science. If not you can keep believing in the correctness of every provided answer here without examining. Here are my findings, just for those trying to learn something properly:
1. Biometrics: Human physical characteristics that can be measured and saved to be compared as authentication in granting the user access to a network or resource. Common biometric factors used in access control include fingerprints, facial scans, retinal scans, voice pattern recognition, and others. (Mike Meyers’ CompTIA Security+ p. 589)
2. … Gait recognition based authentication is one of the prominent biometrics which is usually used to secretly recognize people. It recognizes a person according to a sequence of received images. Gait is physiological characteristic of mankind. Gait analysis enables us to authenticate a person from a long distance using low resolution video. The information and properties regarding one person's gait are extracted which makes authentication possible. … (http://article.sciencepublishinggroup.com/html/10.11648.j.jeee.s.2015030201.22.html)
3. … The term 'gait' refers to the pattern of locomotion achieved by moving limbs while walking or running. Research has found that gait patterns differ greatly from person to person, to such an extent that gait analysis can be used for biometric authentication. … (https://techxplore.com/news/2019-01-smartphone-user-authentication-based-gait.html)
4. … Every individual has a distinctive way of walking. For this reason gait can be a key element of biometric techniques aimed at authenticating and/or identifying the user of a wearable device. … (http://vecchio.iet.unipi.it/vecchio/files/2010/02/article-2.pdf)
… Gait has become recently one of the most emergent biometric for non-intrusive person’s identification. … (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/275012214_Access_control_based_on_gait_analysis_and_face_recognition)
Answer is correct
Gait analysis uncovers precisely how your body is moving. Every activity, even standing still, represents a unique movement pattern. That pattern is bred from your habits and lifestyle, as well as your body's mobility, stability, flexibility and strength. Every action you take—running stride, pedal stroke, swim stroke, etc.—represents that unique movement pattern. If your movements include compensations (and they likely do), gait analysis can pinpoint the areas in the body where these losses of efficiency originate.
If you're into your running, you may have heard of something called a gait analysis. A gait analysis is a method for identifying biomechanical abnormalities in the gait cycle, or in other words, it's a tool used to assess the way in which you walk and run.
The answer is correct.
B.
Regardless of how it is conducted, gait analysis can be a useful tool for identifying authenticating individuals. Much like the biological features of fingerprinting or facial or iris recognition, gait analysis is a bio-metric technology, meaning that it involves body measurements and calculations that serve as the “something you are” identity factor.

No, it is C. I know it seems like something you are, but just as with signature verification or how fast you type, it is considered something you do. You have no control over the things that pertain to something you are, i.e. fingerprint, iris. You can change the way you walk, write or type, and these are included in the something you do category. That is how I think of it anyways.
Could also be (B) Something you are. Gait analysis is an aspect of biometrics. How often are you able to recognize someone in the distance or from behind by the way they walk - plenty.
