it for IT person answer is B, for usual users they not knwo what man dmz, air gapped or setup firewall. Answer is correct -keep an updates.

another convoluted question. It says "home network". we dont know the exact usecase so i would assume its fair to think that this IoT device does not need internet connection. I would have chosen B

You don't prevent vulnerabilities while keeping something out of internet. I guess with regards to asked question, answer is correct.
