B. TLS 1.2, because there is not SSL 1.3. There is SSL 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, and also TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3.

And why not SNMPv3? The Simple Network Management Protocol version 3 (SNMPv3) is a standard for managing devices on IP-based networks. Earlier versions of SNMP sent all traffic in clear text. SNMP v3 sends all data encrypted.

SNMPv3 primary purpose is routing and switching, such as monitoring the network with secure protocols. Does not address browser-based, SSL and TLS does answer B. TLS 1.2

SSH is for CLI access, question specifies "browser based", therefore TLS 1.2 is correct.
