Guys please, it doesn't matter if the version is six months old... Just read the 'and users began to lose access to application updates' . I swear you guys are literally making it soooooooooo difficult for yourself.

Its a poorly worded question but to those who stayed and studied long enough for this EXAM, knows that they are hinting on End-of-life. (Probably not a in-real-life situation answer but hey welcome to the world of COMPTIA)

It doesn't say that the computers losing access have been updated. It is likely they are still on the older version which is being phased out. But still 6 months is not long for everyone to update.
