D looks correct answer. Reason is under internet properties, we have content tab, if we click onto it, we see certificate option. Under certificate we can remove.

Selected Answer: B
When a new certificate is installed, Internet Explorer may still cache the old certificate. This can cause it to continue displaying the “invalid certificate” warning, even though a valid certificate has been installed. To resolve this: “Clear SSL state” in Internet Options will flush the SSL cache, forcing Internet Explorer to fetch and use the new certificate.

Selected Answer: B
clear ssl state is the real answer here, in the question technician have setup new certificate on the computer that means that it's already added under internet options/content/certificate, but the browser cache the previous certificate that has no approval of the site so he need to clear SSL state under content tab to clear cache and use the newly added certificate.
