Why would you jump to replacing a battery on a 6 month old phone before troubleshooting the alternatives, like OS updates and unwanted applications which could be slowing down the device? Surely it's E&F are correct.

Not E F first? CompTIA logic says to try updates and rollbacks before replacing hardware. Replacing the battery is a jump ahead in troubleshooting logic and as the phone is only 6 months old it is less likely the battery will need replacing.

Selected Answer: AF
Heat means excessive usage of CPU and memory. Apps crushing means instability or incompatibility with OS. Reduce the usage of CPU and memory closing apps in background. Check if any OS update took place and if so update all the apps. With OS update, many apps need to be updated as well increasing resources usage

I would go with A and F. "A" because there might be apps running in the background that cause the overheat and "F" because an outdated OS would lead to incompatibilities that may cause the crashes.

I thought it was E and F. The phone is fairly new so the battery shouldn't be the issue unless he got ripped off lmao.
