I think the key is that they didn't find any "attempted" logins. If you can't see them come in, they used a back door.

Shouldn't it be Spyware, "but does not find any attempted logins" so I do not think it's backdoor.

Report blurb and answer is D. The command seems to be operating out of TEMP and netcat which is NC is used to transfer files from one device to another. A backdoor is established then nc to take all documents into zip and transfer out. Netcat may be used as a reverse shell which is essentially a back door
