B-Rebuild the user profile The technician should rebuild the user profile. If the missing files cannot be found in the recycle bin, it’s possible that the user’s profile has become corrupted, and they are logging in as a temporary user. Rebuilding the profile will likely fix the issue. This step is a sensible next move before considering more drastic actions like reinstalling the operating system or disabling update services. By rebuilding the user profile, the technician can address any profile-related issues that might be causing the missing files. Remember, starting with the least intrusive solution is often the best approach to troubleshooting technical problems. 😊

Voting B since likely the user's profile has become corrupted and they are logging in as a temporary user. Rebuilding the profile will likely fix the issue.

Selected Answer: B
It has to be B. The question doesn't even mention a recent update, so why would we assume that caused the problem? The other two options are too radical to start with, so that leaves B as the only option.

I guess the updates removed the files and folders. Not sure how you can disable the updates in windows 10. It must be a older PC.

But what would disabling updated accomplish? The only answer that would actually do something is rebuilding user's profile
