A technician needs to make changes to a production system. Before doing so, which of the following should be completed in case the changes have unintended consequences beyond their original scope?
A.
Draft a complete scope of the changes.
B.
Formulate a back-out plan for the changes.
C.
Ensure all relevant end users are notified of the changes.
I am puzzle by the question.
In case makes things so vague.
Need something to show potential side effects or something to use in case side effect happen? Risk analisi or backup plan could be right or wrong depending on what the questions means
I think the answer is D because the first step is to do a risk analysis. But the question threw me off as I saw scope and thought backout plan which is meant to be the fall back if the plan has issues.
It is Back Out plan. The risk Analysis would be within the scope of possible risks and already complete before the changes take place. The question asked OUT OF THE SCOPE.
