Microsoft pdf printer was introduced with Windows 10. I assume this is what is being referred to in the question.

Selected Answer: D
Print to PDF One of the most popular virtual printing options is the ability to print to PDF, a feature every operating system supports out of the box these days. Windows didn’t join the party until Windows 10, however, so be aware that you’ll need to install a virtual PDF printer on older versions of Windows. You can get these through official Adobe software, but there are also some third-party options. from all-on-ome by mike meyers

Who in the H$%%$# puts the ref under the answer. This site is a waist of money. You've posted your question in the Windows 7 section of these forums, and from your screenshots, it does appear that you have Windows 7. Microsoft Print to PDF is only available for Windows 10. You can "Save as PDF" from Microsoft Office applications or your can "print to PDF" using a number of third-party utilities, some of which are free.
