A technician is working on a Windows 10 PC that is running slowly. Which of the following commands should the technician use to correct this issue? (Choose two.)
DISM command can be used to clean up windows "images" . Sounds like it will use a image of windows to repair/replace corrupted files. Google is your best friend in IT

Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM.exe) is a command-line tool that can be used to service and prepare Windows images, including those used for Windows PE, Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and Windows Setup.
Can someone tell me how DISM would speed up windows, unless its implying that a fresh install would fix it, in which case since installation files aren't fragmented, I don't see how that is the case.
If you Google, you will see that for "slow connections", CHKDSK, DISM and SFC, are excellent utilities to use for help on slow connections, to find out why, let's say. Now, since SFC is not an option in the answer list, then the B).CHKDSK and C).DISM are correct.
so why is dism the answer? just because google says so doesn't seem sufficient enough to explain what the function of dism is that aids in speeding up a computer/cleaning it up.
DISM has commands to check, scan and restore Windows image health. Additionally, running the check command can fix issues with SFC and CHKDSK failing to complete.
The diskpart is a utility used for partitioning internal hard drives but can not format removable media such as flash drives. Although theoretically it is possible to create in Windows NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP on removable drives such as flash drives or memory cards for example during system installation.
You can 100% use diskpart to format flash drives. I do it all the time
