In order to protect Joe's identity in his emails, the app requires valid SSL server certificates on an email server to establish trust. It appears his email server is not configured to use SSL or your certificates have expired.

It must be that TPM is bad, If it was Certificate problems then he would be able to read the e-mail but in plain-text not encrypted form.
