A user reports that a cell phone application is loading slowly and not functioning properly. Which of the following should a technician do FIRST to remedy this issue?
The best first step to remedy this issue would be D. Close all running applications.
When a phone application is not functioning properly, it could be due to the device’s resources being overutilized by other applications. Closing all running applications can free up system resources and may resolve the issue. If this doesn’t work, then the technician can proceed with the other options like checking the network connection, reinstalling the application, or as a last resort, performing a hard reset on the phone. Remember, it’s always best to start with the least disruptive solution first.
There's no reason why D should be the answer. Both Apple and experts had came out and said numerous times that closing running applications do not do anything good for the device, only increases processing/ram usage.
