the right answer is A, She called because she can only see 1 screen at a time. However, the issue lies with the very last phrase "she sees very limited display settings". This is because she is signed in as a standard user, this is the root cause of why she can not correct the settings on her own. Therefore, the root cause of her issue is with answer A "Ann does not have administrative rights over the machine"

I've been working for graphics chipset company as tech support and this issue is due to the errors on device manager or the grpahic card doesn't have the drivers(it may be running as MS basic display adapter) So, answer is definately B in real life

The question is asking why Ann can't fix the problem herself, not how to fix the problem. The statement "Ann tried to fix this on her own, but she sees very limited display settings." is why that is.
