The given answer A and C won't do anything for the problem "Customers are assigned personal trainers who do not reside at the customer's location." A: Customer Service Calendar: Defines when the training location is open for business. B: resource skills : skilset of the trainers. C: Work Hours : When is the trainer available D: facility resources : Where does which trainer work. E: Fullfillment Preferences : For setting up training blocks. For example setting up that every training will take 1 hour and 30 minutes. I would choose C and D.

Customers are assigned personal trainers who do not reside at the customer's location -> can be resolved by Organization Unit? Though it's not in the options.
