(4) Navigate to the maker portal and create a new solution. (7) Select New and then create a Power BI embedded dashboard. (1) Select Power BI dashboard for Type (because dashboard is single page and report is multi-page). Enter the Power BI workspace and Power BI report values. (3) Edit the sitemap. Add a new subarea, and add the Power BI page infor to the properties of the subarea. (8) Save and publish the customization.

I would go with: 1) Navigate to the maker portal and create a new solution. 2) Select Add Existing and then select Dashboard 3) Select Power BI dashboard for Type.. 4) Edit the sitemap, add new subarea and add the Power BI Page information.. 5) Save and publish.. A Power BI dashboard is a single page, often called a canvas, that tells a story through visualizations. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-dashboards

When I choose Add existing. there is no dashboard type choice, only a list of the existing dashboards in the system. When I Add new, then I can choose to add PowerBI embedded dashboard where I provide links. Confusing question...
