It's personal view because customer service representatives cant create system views but they can create personal view via advanced find.

The answer is: "Create a personal view" and "Configure the group by on an editable grid", because the other available options require higher privileges (minimum system customizer security roles).

The second is more to it, but it´s not an Interactive dashboard, but a Dynamics Dashboard. Group by has nothing to do with multiple lista at all.

Answer is correct. I personally verified by trying this with CSR role on trial environment. 1. CSR can create Personal Views from Advances Find. 2. CSR can create Dynamics D365 Dashboard and can show multiple multiple lists on single screen in that Dashboard.

How can we view multiple lists on a single screen with editable grid? Editable Grid displays a view where you can sort, filter, group, modify records but to show multiple lists like a list of resolved cases, a list of active cases, a list of cancelled cases on a single screen? Definitely not. That should be done with an interactive experience dashboard and it can be personal.

customer service representatives don't have permissions to create views at all with default configuration, what they have though is saved views at the user level. Maybe it's because of that.
