Answer is correct. I personally verified by trying this with CSR role on trial environment. 1. CSR can create Personal Views from Advances Find. 2. CSR can create Dynamics D365 Dashboard and can show multiple multiple lists on single screen in that Dashboard.

Definitely not. That should be done with an interactive experience dashboard and it can be personal.
