I think it should be Failover Cluster manager. As far as I know only non clustered storage can be moved using hyper-V. Clustered storage only by failover cluster manager. I've an internet source here. (which isn't necessarily correct but nevertheless) https://www.altaro.com/hyper-v/hyper-v-live-migration-methods//

A virtual machine named VM1 runs on Server1. You need to migrate the storage on VM1 to Cluster1. its not the cluster that is being moved its the data from server1 (VM1)

I think the given answer G is correct. This case is storage migration, which is non clustered. So to perform this Hyper-V Manager is needed. Reference is as follow, which RockClimber proposed, but different section "Performing a Storage Live Migration" https://www.altaro.com/hyper-v/hyper-v-live-migration-methods/ Other reference as follow, which nobody proposed. https://www.nakivo.com/blog/hyper-v-storage-migration-guide/ "How to Perform Hyper-V Storage Migration"
