Answer 1: Order You can also set the order of the business process flows so that you can control which business process flow will be set by default. Answer 2: Stage Each stage contains a group of steps. Each step represents a field where data can be entered. People advance to the next stage by using the Next Stage button.

1. Process Flow Order, definitely > To arrange which BPFs will be shown first. 2. Stage > It is about wording. Show ACTIONS not ACTION. A stage contains several data steps (actions) while a step is an action.

I'd go with Order and Stage. For the 2nd one, it was stated in the details that this is about managing the business process flow, thus the action that CSR needs to complete are the STAGES.

The question is: What should you configure to show actions that must be completed by the user. 1. If you configure Step - you can show 1 action only 2. if you configure Stage which contains several steps you can show multiple actions that need to be completed. I would suggest: Stage And what do you think?
