✑ Users must not be able to view each other's queue. it means users from level 1 shouldn't view queue list from level 2. solution proposed : ✑ Set up level1 and level2 queues to be public and add applicable members A public queue not permit to add member. A public queue can be view by everyone in organisation. => This solution is not possible. The correct solution should be : ✑ Set up each user queue to be private. ✑ Set up level1 and level2 queues to be private and add applicable members. ✑ Set up the support queue to be public.
