The replica is configured on server 1, so you can’t use failover cluster Manager

Test failover is started from the replica target, which in this case is a standalone Hyper-V server, not part of a cluster. As such, logically it would be initiated from the Hyper-V Manager

the VM that you want to replicate should be shutdown, and then you right click the VM in server manager, select replication and click test failover

Correct answer is G. The only fail over you run at the source is Planned, which is the cluster and thus you would use Cluster Manager for. Since Unplanned and Test are the other two failovers where you would run at the replica, and since the replica is a stand-alone server, you would use HyperV Manager.

Select the replica virtual machine you want to test in Hyper-V Recovery Manager (or Failover Cluster Manager) and select Replication > Test Failover. A window will pop up asking you which recovery point (historical copy) of the VM should be used for the failover. Only one option (the latest version) of the VM will be available if you didn’t enable historical copies. so G is correct
