The answer is correct. Because the hosts have only 1 NIC each, then it has to be a multicast mode of operation. Multicast adds a layer 2 MAC address to the existing NIC, so the host ends up having its own MAC address, plus the NLB cluster MAC address, and as a result, both its own IP address and the cluster IP address.

Why does the answer include the 192.168.2.120? Isn't it supposed to be the IP of the machine only?

Because of NLB, so you could either access NLB's IP or machine's IP

No. 192.168.2.120 is the NLB Cluster.
