Source Type. Select Email to indicate that cases will be created automatically from email messages. Queue. Select the queue that the rule applies to. 6- In the Specify Conditions for Case Creation section, select the conditions for creating the case automatically => Answer should be NO. It must have step to Specify Conditions for Case Creation, not Configure autorespone settings

this is similar with No.38. this is wrong No.38 is correct. Solution: Create an automatic record creation and update rule. Set the Source type to Email, and then select the queue. Configure conditions for record creation. Does the solution meet the goal?

The correct answer is NO. Because if you don't configure conditions and actions, the rule are not able to generate any record for any entity, including cases.

There is a section "SPECIFY CONDITIONS FOR RECORD CREATION" in the rule, when either of the options is checked, the case is created automatically.
